Welcome to the Gulf Coast Resort ATV Park and Beach, where adventure meets the great outdoors! As you prepare to embark on an exhilarating journey through our scenic trails, we want to ensure that your experience is safe, enjoyable, and memorable. To help us achieve this, we have established some essential park rules that all guests must follow. Let's dive into the guidelines that will keep our park a fantastic place for everyone.

General Park Rules as followed:

  • When entering Property go directly to the Registration Office. Please have reservation confirmation readily available. All guests must present their ID prior to entry.
  • All Release & Waivers must be signed for entry.
  • By purchasing admission tickets for entry to Texas Gulf Coast Resort, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. 
  • We highly encourage all guests to wear proper safety gear while on an ATV/UTV.
  • In case of an emergency, call 911 first! Then call the Park Office to notify staff immediately.
  • Speed Limit Is 10 MPH
  • No Glass Containers
    -Violators will be asked to leave the park.
  • No Firearms Allowed
    -Gulf Coast Resort ATV Park and Beach is a family establishment, so we don’t allow firearms at all.
  • No Riding After Park Closes
    - City Sound Ordinances are enforced. Monday- Sunday 9pm- 7am. Xing around after 9 is acceptable. However, City Sound Ordinance is strictly enforced. Those found riding after hours will be levied a fine.
  • No Fireworks
  • No Jeeps or Trucks allowed on the trails.
  • Excessive vulgarity or untasteful behavior will be subject to “refusal of service”, patrons will be asked to leave.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No child drivers without an adult, adults must monitor and stay with minors at all times.
  • No Underage Drinking
  • No Drugs
  • No Nudity
  • No Pets
  • No Dumping Waste or non-potable Water anywhere. Applicable fine of $750.00 for dumping on property, and documented warning.
  • No reckless driving
  • Guests must dispose of all garbage, there are dedicated cans placed around the property.
